General Weekly / Monthly “Mito Phase” BASIC
The Mito phase is a 4 day a week phase that can be done every week. a one-year program is suggested for anyone with a neurological condition. For those looking for general support, this protocol can be done 1-4 times a month safely.
Example Weekly Protocol:
Monday and Tuesday – 1-2 NAD+Max suppositories in the AM after your morning bowel movement or NAD+Max Ultra
Wednesday and Thursday: 24 hour fast (lunch to lunch on Wed-Thurs ) ,
1 Lucitol Wed & Thurs in the AM after your morning bowel movement.
Adherence to a 6-8 hour feeding window through this week is suggested. This protocol can be done 1 week a month, or every week in the month, depending on the type of brain support needed.
